ALL THE PACKAGES include:

4 DAYS OF TANGO PARTY + 3 NIGHTS STAY in ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA (Friday- Monday) in the Marina Tower Residence, 3 Dinners (Friday-Sunday), 3 Breakfasts (Saturday_Monday), 3 Lunches (Saturday- Monday), Marathon with beverages, fruits, and snacks,

The Package price is per person.

DOUBLE AND TWIN-BEDDED ROOMS WILL BE ASSIGNED ONLY TO COUPLES.

PEOPLE REGISTERED AS SINGLE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMED IN QUADRUPLE ROOMS AND MATCHED WITH SAME-SEX DANCERS.​

 

- TRIPLE\QUADRUPLE ROOM PACKAGE: 265€

   3-4 single beds and one private bathroom

- TWIN ROOM PACKAGE: 300€

   2 single beds and private bathroom

- ONLY MARATHON: 110€ Only for LOCAL dancers! (No Meals, No hotel, Marathon only)

*: the ALL-INCLUSIVE formula includes dinner on the arrival day + breakfast and lunch on the departure day.

All the rooms (double, twin, triple/quadruple) are equipped with linen and towels (hairdryers available at the reception).

REGISTRATION METHOD

Couples: If you are a couple, both of you must fill in the form separately, specifying the name of your partner in the box at the moment of registration (is not possible to do it after!). Couples do not take precedence. It is not possible to change a couple registration to a single registration.
Accommodation: As the marathon is residential, in the registration form you have to choose the type of accommodation you prefer.

Double and twin-bedded rooms will be assigned only to couples.

People registered as single will be automatically confirmed in quadruple rooms and matched with same-sex dancers.

We point out that, except for those who subscribed as couple and share the same room, we can not ensure that the roommate you suggested in the registration form will be the effective one... clearly roommates that we will assign will be of your same-sex.
Change room: If the places in the accommodation you requested are no more available, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the accommodation that we can offer to you (eg. change from a double to a quadruple room), so pay attention to read carefully our confirmation email before do the payment.
Confirmation: We need two weeks to process all the requests and after this time, you'll receive a message from us telling you whether your registration is confirmed or if you've been put on a waiting list (depending on the number and balance of registrations). The confirmation to participate is strictly personal and therefore cannot be transferred to another person.

PAYMENT METHOD​​
If your registration is confirmed you will be invited to pay the marathon cost. You can attend the event once you have paid the cost and received a confirmation from us. Please consider that if you register as couple but you will pay separately, you will be finally declared "in" only when both payments are received. Payment must be done by bank transfer within 7 days of our registration confirmation. If you do not pay this on time, it causes a lot of extra work for us and so we would really appreciate your co-operation in paying on time. If you have a problem paying on time, please contact us to say when we should expect to receive it or we may cancel your subscription without any warning. Details regarding payment will be given in the confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that you cover all the costs of the bank transfer (if it is a European International one you have to state it explicitly while asking it) as we quoted for the fee a net cost.
 
REFUND POLICY
After paying, if you will not be able to come, send a mail (colegialaparty@gmail.com) and we refund you in the following modality:

  Substitution - that has to be communicated and approved by organizers.
  50% back if your cancellation will be communicated before 25 February 2023 ( Bank fees charged).
  No refund if your cancellation will be communicated from 25 March 2023.
  No Substitutions after 10 April 2023.​

If the event were to be canceled due to Government restrictions, registration could be postponed to the first event reorganized, or fees paid could be refunded.

FOTO - VIDEO DESCLAIMER
During Spring Break Party you may be photographed, filmed, or videotaped.
Registering to the event, you hereby give to ASD La Maquina Tanguera (the Organizer)  the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use legally your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium (Social Media, Web Site, Advertising) and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation.
You hereby waive, release and forever discharge ASD La Maquina Tanguera (the Organizer) from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image
