REGISTRATION RULES

REGISTRATION ARE OPEN
The Colegiala Tango Marathon is a residential event: to participate, you must stay at Park Hotel Marinetta.

- The Marathon Pass includes:
Marathon + After Marathon + snacks, herbal teas, and water for the entire event
Free Shuttle service from Cecina or Bolgheri train station (Arrival/departure)

- The Accommodation includes:
Single/Double Room/Triple Room (three single beds)/Quadruple Room (double bed + bunk sofa bed)
🔑 Check-in from 12:00 PM | Check-out by 12:00 PM (Late check-out until 7:00 PM: €30 per room).

👶 Discounts for children (extra bed in double room):
0-4 years: FREE
4-14 years: -50%
14-18 years: -30%

✨ Extra nights available on request (Thursday or Sunday).

📝 HOW TO REGISTER
💑 Couple registration: Both partners must fill out the form separately and mention each other. (Cannot be added later!). Couples do not have priority over single registrations, but they help maintain event balance. A couple’s registration cannot be converted into a single one.

🏨 Accommodation: Solo participants will share rooms with others of the same gender (unless otherwise requested).If you indicate a preferred roommate, we’ll try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee it (except for registered couples).

⏳ Registrations will be processed within 15 days:
Confirmed registration OR
❌ Waitlist placement (based on availability and balance).
⚠️ Your confirmation is personal and non-transferable.
